Synergy XPS sandwich panels which is made of a Synergy XPS insulation board layer covered by two galvanized steel sheet provides protection against climate conditions and external environment. These panels offer a variety of properties such as thermal insulation, fire resistance, weight and space saving, low maintenance and long life time and can be applied in cold storages, conex and other containers in industrial and non-industrial structures.

Usually in sandwich panels and door panels applications, the core material must possess a high dimensional stability across all three planes. This way no waves would be generated during lamination with the coating. SynFoam blue foam DPs are manufactured especially for this reason with precise tolerances in the width, length, and thickness which defers depending on the requirements.
